Лисандр Спунер (Lysander Spooner) — US-американский философ права, предприниматель и анархист. Родился 19.01.1808 в Атоле, штат Массачусец, умер 14.05.1887 в Бостоне.

Он был важным представителем американского индивидуалистического анархизма 19-го столетия и аболиционистского движения (против института рабства). Важнейшими работами считаются «The Unconstitutionality of Slavery» и «No Treason. The Constitution of No Authority». Его труды и идеи оказывают и сегодня большое влияние на современный Анархо-капитализм и на либертарианство.
